Registration - 2023 Edition

Registration is now open! You have until September 1st, 2023 to register your wine.

All samples must be received by September 15, 2023.
(Please plan accordingly to ensure your products arrive at our warehouse in Montreal no later than this date.)

1. Enter a wine

Click Add a Wine to enter your first wine to the competition and fill out the form. Once added, it will appear in your shopping cart. If you wish to add a second wine, click “add a wine” to enter your second wine.
The price for each wine entry includes the mandatory Canadian provincial and federal taxes (TPS, TVQ).

2. Canadian Customs Clearance (Mandatory)

You MUST add the customs clearance to your order otherwise your wines won’t get cleared at the Canadian border when they arrive in Montreal. Only one fee is needed per shipment.

3. Shipping

In partnership with Eurofret, we offer to pick up your samples at your door and deliver them to Montreal where the competition takes place. Click Add Shipping, select the origin of your wine(s) and the number of wine(s) you’ve entered in the competition.

How many samples do I need to send to the competition?

Please prepare 2 samples (bottles) per wine entry. For example, if you have entered
3 wines into the competition, we need to receive 6 bottles.
