How to register

1. You can register on-line by filling the on-line Form of registration, what brings you to pay either by on-line credit card via the secure site of PayPal, or to send us the credit card information by fax or to proceed by bank transfer.
2. If you do not wish to register on-line, print the registration form of SMV Canada (PDF format) and use on of the method of payment mentioned.
